Anyone can promise to be reliable, but it goes without saying that reliability can only be measured in practice. Given that everything we do is built around this core insight, let’s take a deeper dive into what it actually means.
Reliability in practice
Since we launched in 2014, we’ve done over 600,000 deliveries—and learnt plenty along the way.
Delivery with Zoom2u is a simple five-step process that is transparent and traceable from start-to-finish:
- Create an account: a one-time process that will make booking even quicker from here on.
- Click on make your booking.
- Fill in your order details: select pick up and drop off locations, let us know what time you want your parcel collected, and tell us the type of service that you are after.
- Track your order: once the booking is allocated to a driver, you will be given a tracking number and able to follow its progress in real time from the moment it leaves its sending location.
- Delivery: you receive evidence of delivery, you can also rate your courier.
This makes us different
We recently spent six months interviewing Zoom2u customers about their needs and experiences, and updating our system to make it even more user friendly.
One point of difference that separates Zoom2u from traditional delivery services is our direct driver contact and extended customer support hours. Once you book a delivery we’ll send you the driver’s contact details so can you call them directly. For any other queries, our customer support team is available by phone, email, and live chat from 8am-10pm AEST on weekdays, and 9am-6pm AEST on weekends.
It’s these features that set us apart, and give us the confidence to say that you can rely on us.
It’s the little things that count
If you’ve ever spent time worrying about whether something important has been delivered, you’ll know that peace of mind is as integral to a courier service as the delivery itself.
Whether it’s a VIP customer or getting critical court documents in on filing date, we have you covered.
Zoom2u’s unique tracking code is automatically sent once the booking is allocated, and you call follow your driver’s progress on the app. You’re given your courier’s name and contact details in the event you need to contact them—no waiting on hold or being told it’s too late.
On top of that, our drivers take a photo of the delivery location and send a delivery acceptance signature to confirm that the job has been completed.
Our network of over 1,200 couriers go through a rigorous screening and training program before they begin working with us. We also ask our customers for a rating for each delivery so that you can communicate your experiences with us, and we can use that feedback in ongoing training.
In the unlikely chance something goes wrong, we have a $300 liability in place for repairing or replacing damaged goods (you can see the full conditions here).
