Zoom2u currently services customers in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and Canberra and we are expanding our network of coverage across Australia.
How it works
When a customer books you will receive a notification, you can choose to accept or reject the booking.
Customers will be able to track your live location so they will always know when to expect you.
On pickup and delivery the app will ask you to capture a photo of the goods, this way we know what item was picked up and what item was delivered. It’s super easy to do.
On completion of the delivery the app will ask the customer to sign on the screen to record their signature as confirmation the goods have been received.
On completion of the delivery we will ask the customer to rate the service they received, so you will get instant feedback on your delivery.
How much does it cost?
There are no joining fees. Each time a new booking comes in we will show you how much you will be paid for the booking. Typically we take a 20% transaction fee.
Do I need an ABN?
To join our courier marketplace you need to be registered as business this means you’ll need to have an ABN. You must be eligible to work in Australia in order to apply for an ABN and partner with Zoom2u.
How long does it take to become a Zoom2u courier?
After you submit an application it may take up to 14 days to process depending on your response time!
We ask that you complete each and every step of the application process we email you as soon as you can, your applications will be cancelled after 30 days if not completed.
What else do I need to work with Zoom2u?
You’ll need to have an iPhone or Android phone to accept bookings, your own registered, roadworthy and reliable mode of transport and a valid state licence. You will also require a clean police record with the Australian Federal Police as we require mandatory police checks.
How do I get paid?
On Friday we will transfer funds directly into your account for the previous 7 days of bookings. You will receive an email with details of the payments.
