Frequently asked questions
Will my delivery arrive within 24 hours?
Yes! As long as your parcel has been booked in for pickup before 5 pm, your parcel will be delivered by 5 pm the following day or sooner, if selected. We happily deliver within 3 hours as well if needed. Fast & easy.
Can I change the branding in the app and text message?
Yes! We made Zoom2u Business customisable to the point of adding your own logo, text, down to the colours on each page. You get creative control of the branding experience.
Can I book multiple deliveries at once?
Definitely. We have made the booking process as easy and simple as possible. If you have multiple bookings at once, we can help by uploading a file of all the deliveries you’d like made and then we’re good to go! You’ll be tracking pickup & deliveries instantly.
Do you deliver on weekends or after hours?
Of course! We are open every day to accept bookings and make deliveries – to ensure your customers never receive one of those pesky “Sorry we missed you…” notes. Recipients are also able to make changes to their time of delivery if needed, so everyone is all smiles.
What can I send?
We accept a wide range of items and sizes, most of which are sent with one of our courier cars. Depending on the volume of goods and destination, we may suggest an alternative method of transport (such as a van, motorcycle or bike).
What if we need to cancel or no one is present for dropoff?
You or your customers can request a change through our Customer Service team on 1300 966 628 at any time. Alternatively, once you have made a booking you will receive the details of your courier via email or in your account online so you can call them directly and let them know. Please note cancellation fees may apply.
