Open for Business in Sydney

Today I’m excited to announce we are open for business in Sydney! Tomorrow we’ll be delivering our 1st parcels throughout Sydney. It’s been a busy few months getting ready for launch, we have finished the development of our courier app and our online customers booking system. In the coming months we’ll be releasing a customer iPhone and Android app allowing you to book and monitor your deliveries online.

We have also acquired goParcel this month which is now part of the Zoom2u family. goParcel has been running in Sydney for the past 2 years and had a very similar vision to Zoom2u. It’s great to be able to continue the vision that their founders James and Taras had.

Starting Zoom2u is all about shaking up the courier industry; very little has been done with technology to help improve the customer experience. The other big difference with Zoom2u is that we connect you directly with the courier. You’ll be able to check online your ETA, your couriers location live (coming soon) and if you need more information you’ll be able to call the courier directly.

In the coming months we’ll be launching our service in Melbourne and Brisbane. We look forward to delivering your parcel with speed.
