Each week, Prakesh has oversight of up to 3,000 customer deliveries. “Our customers are very fashion conscious and it’s very important they have their outfit or item as soon as possible. In fact, we receive more orders on a Friday for same day delivery,” Prakesh said.

A top priority for Peppermayo is to delight its customers from purchase to delivery, and so Prakesh had to take swift action after the business experienced repeated delivery issues from a previous service provider. “Our last service provider often didn’t come to pick up orders and, in the process, let down many of our customers.
