At Zoom2u our priority is always the safety of our customers, staff and carriers. We have been monitoring the developing situation of the spread of the coronavirus, COVID-19. To assist with reducing the spread we are taking steps to minimise contact between carriers and customers.
For the past week our operational staff across Australia and Manila have been working from home. All our systems were designed from the beginning to allow staff to work remotely so we are operating at full capacity.
Today we are introducing some additional changes to protect carriers on the platform better.
We are encouraging No Contact Delivery and signatures are no longer required.
This means from today the following changes are in place:
All deliveries will no longer require a signature - - We will ask for the consignees full name and take a photo of the package as proof of delivery.
Drivers will practise social distancing when collecting and delivering items.
If you require a no contact delivery due to isolation or infection it is imperative that you follow these steps:
Enter in the booking notes that you would like a no contact delivery.
Provide your mobile number for ease of contact.
Please contact your driver directly so they can leave your package in a safe location and confirm via phone call.
