The Easter long weekend is upon us and while some of our carriers will still be operational, the office staff will be taking a well earned break to recharge and recuperate.

Rest assured you can still place bookings outside these hours via the app or online.

Please also be aware that due to government restrictions, flight cancellations & state border closures caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, we are currently experiencing some delays on our interstate service.

Any item booked over the Easter weekend will be delivered on or after Wednesday April 15th.

Our apologies for these delays. As always, we will be endeavouring to have your items delivered as quickly and as safely as possible.

Here at Zoom2u we have been closely monitoring the current COVID-19 situation currently unfolding across the country. We are still fully operational in all major cities, including Melbourne and can absolutely deliver your item today!

For the safety of both the customers and drivers on the platform we highly encourage the use of our “No contact” delivery process.

If you require a no contact delivery due to isolation or infection it is imperative that you follow these steps:

Enter in the booking notes that you would like a no contact delivery.

Provide your mobile number for ease of contact.

Please contact your driver directly so they can leave your package in a safe location and confirm via phone call.

We are encouraging No Contact Delivery and signatures are no longer required.

This means from today the following changes are in place:

No Signature

All deliveries will no longer require a signature - - We will ask for the consignees full name and take a photo of the package as proof of delivery.

Social Distancing

Drivers will practise social distancing when collecting and delivering items.

At Zoom2u our priority is always the safety of our customers, staff and carriers. We have been monitoring the developing situation of the spread of the coronavirus, COVID-19. To assist with reducing the spread we are taking steps to minimise contact between carriers and customers.

For the past week our operational staff across Australia and Manila have been working from home. All our systems were designed from the beginning to allow staff to work remotely so we are operating at full capacity.

Today we are introducing some additional changes to protect carriers on the platform better.
