1. Promotion Name & Promoter

This promotion is titled the "Zoom2u Proof of Delivery Photo Showcase" (the "Promotion") and is conducted by Zoom2u Pty Ltd (ABN to be provided) of Sydney, NSW, Australia (the "Promoter").

2. Nature of the Promotion — Game of Skill

This Promotion is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner(s). Each entry will be individually judged on its merits by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter. Entries will be assessed based on the following objective criteria:

• Image clarity and resolution — sharpness, focus, and absence of visual artefacts (weighted 30%)
• Composition and framing — the delivery item and location are clearly and attractively presented (weighted 25%)
• Lighting quality — natural, well-exposed lighting without excessive shadow or glare (weighted 25%)
• Overall visual appeal — the image's suitability for use in professional marketing materials (weighted 20%)

The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

3. Eligibility

• Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who are current or former Zoom2u delivery drivers or couriers.
• Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
• Entrants must provide valid contact details (full name, email address, and phone number) at the time of entry.

4. Entry Period

The Promotion commences at 12:00 AM AEST on 4 March 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on a date to be determined and announced by the Promoter on this page (the "Entry Period"). The Promoter reserves the right to extend, shorten, or suspend the Entry Period at its sole discretion.

5. How to Enter

• Complete the online submission form on this page providing: full name, email address, phone number, and one or more proof of delivery photograph(s).
• There is no limit on the number of entries per person. Each submission (including each individual photo within a multi-photo upload) constitutes a separate entry.
• Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.

6. Photo Requirements

• Photos must be original works taken by the entrant during a genuine Zoom2u delivery.
• Photos must not contain identifiable faces of third parties, offensive content, or any material that infringes the intellectual property rights of any person.
• By submitting a photo, the entrant warrants that they are the sole author and copyright owner of the image.

7. Prize

• Each winning entry will receive one (1) digital gift card valued at AUD $25 (the "Prize").
• The number of Prizes awarded is at the Promoter's sole discretion and depends on the volume and quality of entries received.
• Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The Prize will be delivered digitally to the winner's nominated email address within 30 business days of selection.

8. Judging

• Entries will be judged on a rolling basis by a panel of at least two (2) judges appointed by the Promoter.
• Judging will take place at the Promoter's offices in Sydney, NSW.
• Winners will be notified by email to the address provided in their entry within 30 business days of their submission being judged.
• If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the Prize.

9. Intellectual Property & Licence

By submitting an entry, the entrant grants the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display the submitted photo(s) for marketing, advertising, social media, and promotional purposes. The entrant retains copyright ownership of their original work.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), including the Australian Privacy Principles. Information will be collected solely for the purpose of administering this Promotion and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or with the entrant's consent. Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting the Promoter at privacy@zoom2u.com.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising from or in connection with participation in this Promotion or the receipt or use of a Prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (including under the Australian Consumer Law).

12. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or amend this Promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary, subject to any applicable laws.
• This Promotion is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
• As this is a game of skill, trade promotion lottery permits are not required under applicable Australian state and territory legislation.
