Over the easter long weekend we will have a limited service operating.
You can still place deliveries however we are unable to guarantee a courier will accept the delivery.
The best thing to do if you need a parcel urgently delivered is to place a booking and watch the tracking link to see if a courier accepts your booking. Usually a courier will accept a booking within 10-15mins of the booking being placed. Ā If no one accepts it then it’s best to cancel the booking (via delivery history in your account). Keep in mind our couriers are paid on a per booking basis the faster deliver option pays them more, so it has the best chance in getting a courier to accept the booking.
