Over the easter long weekend we will have a limited service operating.
You can still place deliveries however we are unable to guarantee a courier will accept the delivery.
The best thing to do if you need a parcel urgently delivered is to place a booking and watch the tracking link to see if a courier accepts your booking. Usually a courier will accept a booking within 10-15mins of the booking being placed. If no one accepts it then it’s best to cancel the booking (via delivery history in your account). Keep in mind our couriers are paid on a per booking basis the faster deliver option pays them more, so it has the best chance in getting a courier to accept the booking.
