1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Registration for and/or participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. Acceptance of these Conditions of Entry is a condition of entry to this competition.

 

2. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in the competition.

 

3. Entry to this competition commences on 29/06/2018 at 8AM AEDT and concludes on 29/06/2018 at 6PM AEDT.

 

4. The winners will be based on the creativity of the responses, which will be decided by the Zoom2u team.

 

5. The winners will be notified on 2/07/2018. The prizes will also be delivered on this date.

 

6. The winners will receive 1 x Sydney Smash Cake delivered by Zoom2u. No exceptions to this prizing will be made to suit personal needs or preferences.

 

7. Neither Zoom2U nor Sydney Smash Cakes can be held accountable for any injury or allergic reaction that occurs while in the winner’s possession.

 

8. Entrants warrant and agree that, without limitation:
   • a. their entry will not contain viruses or cause injury or harm to any person or entity;

    

   • b. they will comply with these Conditions of Entry and with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation, those governing copyright, content, defamation, privacy, publicity and the access or use of others’ computer or communication systems;

    

   • c. they have the full authority to grant to the Promoter the rights referred to in these Conditions of Entry;

    

   • d. they give permission to Zoom2u to keep their details on file;

    

   • e. they will indemnify the Promoter against all costs and claims by third parties arising from a breach of these Conditions of Entry.

 

9. Entrants agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies they have or may have against the Promoter with respect to the entries and Content they submit and their use of the Promotion Website, and agree to indemnify and hold the Promoter, its officers, agents and affiliates harmless to the fullest extent allowed by law regarding all matters related to their use of the site.

 

10. Zoom2u ensures that any personal information collected during this competition will follow the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act.
